Next week finalizes the first half of our program which means.... Another assessment day is coming.
You've all worked really hard and have a lot to show for it, so now we're just putting the results on paper.
Here's next weeks schedule:
Monday: Assessments -- DO NOT MISS THIS!!!! It will help us evaluate your progress and help you continuously improve. It will also help you see what you're doing right and where you need to improve further in the following 6 weeks.
Tuesday: Weight lifting in Sparky's Yard (aka Sparky's Barn Yard... Sarah...)
Wednesday: Cardio -- intro to Tabata intervals and more.
Thursday: TBD... We'll see how much you all impress us on the first 3 days!
P.S. Reply back on here if you were one of the people interested in doing Pat's Run with Cabrena and others? It's "only" 4.2 miles... You can all handle that!
haha Ben! That's what happens when one grows up in Oklahoma...we mispronounce things. I'd love to participate in Pat's run! Also, the "TBD" on Thursday scares me a bit...Candace...lol. :)

ReplyDeleteI can't come on Tuesday, I have an Economics midterm the next day and they're doing a review the day before, but I will be there every other day besides that and will not complain so hopefully Thursday Candace will reward us with something fun :P

still deciding if i want to do the Pats run or donate that money to Japan. Nike has a donate to Japan app for the ipod. It logs miles and donates to Japan. It woud be great if all of us can log our miles during the week on that.
